Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. We reserve the right to inspect items upon return.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required.
Exclusions
- Firearms: Due to federal regulations and safety concerns, firearms are non-returnable. All firearm sales are final after transfer at your FFL dealer.
- Ammunition: Ammunition is non-returnable for safety and legal reasons.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Any customized products (e.g., engraved knives or modified gear) are non-returnable.
- Hygiene/Safety Items: Items like gloves, glasses, or MRE meals that have been opened or used are non-returnable.
- Sale/Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email info@zedsupply.com within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Ship Back: Securely package the item with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside. Ship to the address provided with your RMA information. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or defect.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received, we’ll inspect the item (typically within 5-7 business days). Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any original shipping fees and a potential restocking fee (up to 15% for non-defective returns).
- Refunds for defective items include return shipping reimbursement.
- Exchanges: If you’d like an exchange, note it in your RMA request—we’ll process it upon approval, subject to availability.
Shipping Damage or Defects
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
